If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars.
- Payment is required before the Goods are provided, if not from the moment the Order is accepted.

If your location allows for free home delivery and this option is selected as the preferred shipping method with your order, you must agree to the following:
- Address provided cannot be to a P.O. Box. It must be a physical home or business address, which you reside or work from.
- Any delivery instructions must be provided in the additional order notes to guarantee delivery. This includes but it not limited to gate codes, instructions for hard to locate addresses, and proper contact and contact number listed. - It is at the delivery driver’s discretion if a package will be left at a home, office, or other location without the purchaser receiving the goods. Re-delivery may be attempted and the purchaser will be contacted. If the purchaser cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and refunded for the full amount minus a $10.00 handling fee.
(i) Order Rejection

Returns can only be accepted for unopened, undamaged, unused, and new Goods within 14 days of Order.
If Goods were purchased in person, such as an event, festival, or market, Goods may be exchanged only in person at a similar event, festival, or market. Good purchased in person cannot be mailed, shipped, delivered, or be received back as a return in any other manner other than in person.
If Goods were purchased from back2basicsom.com, and a return needs to be made, the Goods must be sent back to Calling Tennessee Home (Calling Tennessee Home) only after customer service has been contacted and customer service has authorized the return. Any returns sent prior to speaking with customer service, will result in no exchange being made. Customer must pay return shipping. For approved returns, only an exchange will be allowed for the cost of the Goods only. No shipping, delivery, or handling fees will be credited. Shipping fees do apply to the new Goods selected to complete the exchange.
If returned goods are found to be opened, damaged, used, or not resalable in any way, no exchange will be issued.
There are no returns or refunds given for donations.
