Prep
Add water, coffee, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl and beat on low until stiff peaks form. (approximately 3-5 minutes)
Add milk and optional ice to cup.
Spoon whipped coffee over milk.
Pro Tips
For an adult version, substitute your favorite bourbon for water.
Make sure you are using the freeze dried, instant coffee and not coffee grinds. They even make decaf instant coffee too!
Recipe can be doubled for an extra large cup or easily multiplied for larger batches.
