Instructions
Cooking
Comine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a clean mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to several weeks.
Pro Tips
Sauce can be frozen to increase longevity.
Substitute bacon maple for bourbon to create a more smoky sauce.
Add 1/4-1 tsp of cayenne pepper for spicy lovers.
