Homemade Whiskey Maple Sausage
Quick & easy homemade whiskey maple sausage recipe that is freezer friendly!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cup Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Fresh Sage (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika

100% pure maple syrup aged in small batch whiskey barrels for up to 18 months!
Prep
Line a rimmed cookie sheet with waxed paper, then spray with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix by hand until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly onto prepped cookie sheet. Meat mixture should be between 1/2″ – 3/4″ thick.
Use cooking spray to grease a cookie cutter or large mouth glass and cut out patties.
Line a second cookie sheet with wax paper. Transfer cut out patties to new sheet.
Freeze patties for one hour. Remove and wrap individually in wax paper. Place is a large zip-lock bag for freezer storage.
Pro Tips
Place patties in fridge overnight to defrost before cooking.
If cooking sausage immediately, preheat oven to 400F. Place patties on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake another 5-10 minutes until the internal temperature reached 165F.
