  • 1 cup Apple (peeled & diced)
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 4 tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
