Kid Friendly Snack Idea

If you have a toddler at home like I do, this is a great kid friendly snack idea to introduce your kids to cooking. With all of the ingredients being edible at any stage in preparing these oat bites, it doubles as a sensory activity. Be ready for a bath after, this can get a little sticky!

If you and your kids like different mix-ins other than chocolate chunks, simply separate a little bit of the dough after step 2. This way everyone can add their own spin like chopped nuts, dried fruit, or sprinkles even.
