Whiskey Barrel Aged Sriracha

Whiskey aged sriracha takes a memorable spiciness to a twisted smoky heat.


  1. Place chicken skewer on grill. 

  2. Flip skewers once after cooking 6-7 minutes. 

  3. Baste chicken with remaining maple syrup during last 2 minutes of cooking.

  4. Cook until internal temperature reached 165F.

Pro Tips

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak wood skewers in water for 10 minutes prior to using.
